Over the three months ending August 2026, Wheaton homes sold for a median of $519K, up 4.8% from the same stretch last year, according to Redfin. Homes are taking about 44 days to sell, compared with 39 days a year ago, and 188 homes sold in August versus 210 last August. Price per square foot is up 17.3% to $285. Redfin still rates the market "very competitive," with homes drawing about 3 offers on average.
